State of regulatory system of students with different levels of motor activity
The basic parameters of heart rate variability and state regulatory systems in 98 adolescents with the first group of health: 40 students are in the mode of normal daily physical activity, 58 – with a high level of physical activity were studied.
In adolescents from group I the mean value of SDNN decreased to 32,48±3,92 ms, indicating on the increase of sympathetic regulation that inhibits the activity of an autonomous regulation of cardiac rhythm. SDNN in students from group II fit for 57,53±3,40 ms and testify about autonomic regulation activity. However, the value of RMSSD in adolescents in conditions of high physical activity – 2-fold higher (42,50±5,64 ms) than in usual level of physical activity (20,63±2,79 ms), indicating a more expressed activity of parasympathetic regulation in adolescent group II.
Keywords: physical activity, adaptation of the body , heart rate variability, the regulatory system of the body.
