The paper presents the features of currency and response totreatment of skin cancer, which maturated from scarring (SSC) in 75 patients. Found that SSC has squamous morphological structure predominantly and may occur on old scars of different etiology, even after 10, 15-45 years. This form of skin cancer refers to aggressive tumors and has a tendency to local spread and recurrence. It should be noted that majority of patients (n=35; 46,67%) seek specialized help in Т4N0M0 stage, and 19 (25,3%) patients – in Т4N1M0, which significantly limits the choice of targeted effective treatments.

Basic and promising treatments of SSCare surgery in different variants following the basic oncologic principles. Results of treatment of advanced forms of SSCare comfortless. Many patients re- exposed to a special therapy for tumor recurrence.
