Features of immune system in patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma during the surgical treatment
NSI HPE «Saratov Medical Institute «READH», Saratov, Russia
The immune status was studied in 39 patients with basal skin cancer. Age of patients was 65,0±3,0 years. In all patients, the disease stage was T1-2N0M0. Studies were performed prior to surgery, on the first postoperative day, on the fifth, seventh, tenth postoperative day, and 18 months after the operation.
Found that in the cellular immunityin patients with squamous cell skin carcinoma before surgical treatment is marked decreasing in both relative and absolute number of lymphocytes bearing receptors CD16 +, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, which increased significantly on the tenth postoperative day.
