Before admitting to Microsurgical Department the damage of median and ulnar nerves had not been diagnosed. Circumstance was due to the fact that clinical course of disease was very similar to acute stage of Volkmann contracture.

Within three months of intensive weight lossof forearm and hand noted, the absence of all kinds of movements and sensitivity. The indications for surgical treatment was settled.

Decompression of the median and ulnar nerves using precision technique led to the restoration of lost hand and fingers functions, discriminatory sensitivityrecovered.
