By methods of X-ray diffraction, calorimetry and mechanics was studied the effect of fullerene soot and nanodiamonds ( NA) on the structure, mechanical and thermal properties of acrylic resin (ACR -7).

It is shown that the introduction of small additions of nanocarbon materials is accompanied by changes in the mechanical and thermal properties of plastics. The most suitable composite is CRA TO + 7 NA as purified blend NA of different kinds of impurities is a colorless or white powder that is compatible with biological tissue.

In pediatric dentistry dentures must possess both high strength and elasticity. For the preparation of dental prostheses are recommended based on the use of composite AKR-7 + silicone rubber +NA, which specifications meet the needs of the practice of dentistry.

Keywords: copolymer, fullerene soot, nanodiamonds, acrylic plastic.
