Ways to improving the treatment effectiveness of retentional obstructive complications of acute pyelonephritis in pregnant

We examined 53 pregnant women with pyelonephritis with hydronephrosis in age from 18 to 29 years.
Depending on degree of urodynamicsviolation and structural changes ofpelvicalyceal system associated by this were divided three clinical groups.
As a result of conservative treatment in all patientsfrom first group (n=14) noted a positive effect, in second group (n=21) – only in 15 (71,42%) patients , and the remaining 6 patients – by indications was set renal stent. In the third group (n=18) due to lack of effect of anti-inflammatory therapy, and frequent attack of no reserving colic, to all patients in this group was set ureteral stent to improve urodynamics. Totally incomplex therapy for 24 (45,28%) patients was set ureteral stent that reduce the degree of hydronephrosis, subsiding intensity of the inflammatory process and improve the overall condition of patients
