The article presents the results of studies of microorganisms circulating in public and private dental polyclinics.

Microbial contamination of air in private dental offices on an average 30% lower than in public dental clinics. In the dental institutions are circulated mainly such microorganisms as Staphilococcus, Streptococcus, E.coli, Ps.aeruginosa, Klebsiella, Proteus, Hafnia, Citrobacter, Serratia, Candida. The studies give reason to consider the existence in the circulation of microorganisms not only potentially pathogenic, but also pathogenic ones that requires the development of measures for patients and medical workers safety.

Keywords: dental polyclinics, circulation of microorganisms, contamination of environment, carrier of microorganisms.
