Histopathological evaluation of the effectiveness of by step-by-step scheme of ichthyosis treatment using retinoids
Vinnitsa National Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov, Vinnitsa, Ukraine
The article presents data on the pathological changes of skin after step-by-step treatment of ichthyosis using retinoids. Based on the analysis of biopsy material of patients with different types of ichthyosis proposed to identify two main types of ichthyosis, depending on severity of the histopathological changes: easy and severe.
Using pathomorphologic method makes it possible to objectively assess the severity of ichthyosis and differentiate come to the choice of most effective treatment regimen.
