Need for patients with somatic pathology in orthopedic dental care

For the structural evaluation of orthopedic dental status was made deeper assessment of dentition defects in 413 patients with concomitant somatic pathology need in prosthetics.
Among the surveyed group of patients with unfavorable somatic background observed higher prevalence included defects of the dentition (35,6±1,44%), rather than the end (28,4±0,93%) and full (5,9±0,04% ) occlusive defects.
The data obtained for the study of the needs patients with concomitant somatic pathology in prosthetic dental care show very high needs in their respective services. Among those with an unfavorable somatic background most frequent and claimed by orthopedic dental care is a dental prosthesis.
