Article deals with the classification, correct formulation of diagnosis, indicating the stage, prevalence of the TNM international system, clinical group, the effectiveness of cancer patients therapy.

Until now, most cards for hospitalization, discharges from outpatients, case records of patients with tumors directed to specialized cancer clinics, have several drawbacks – namely, the wording diagnosis is not specific and uninformative, such as: inspection, cancer of the head, brain, neck, thoracic cavity, lung, abdominal cavity, stomach, intestine, limbs and so on. That is, in directions and discharges do not reflect the clinical, topographic, anatomical localization, the results of radiological, endoscopic, morphological and other studies, the stages by the TNM international system, clinical groups, the effectiveness of treatment of cancer patients.

The above facts of incorrect formulation of the diagnosis may adversely affect the patient’s mind when duplicated survey conducted earlier in other clinics, thereby undermined the credibility of the primary care physicians. And in the case of inadequate therapy without regard to the morphological structure, the stage, the prevalence of malignancy (PM), can be seen continued growth, recurrence, metastasis, and generalization of these formations, thereby missed precious time for rational treatment, and this worsens the prognosis of curing cancer patients.

Keywords: tumors, classification of benign and malignant tumors of the international system of TNM, the correct interpretation of cancer diagnosis.
